How do I verify a Daily Deed draw?
Every draw commits to a cryptographic seed — its commitment hash — that is published before entries open. After the draw runs, the seed itself is published. Because the winner is selected deterministically from that seed, anyone can re-run the selection and confirm the published winner matches. See how draws work for the step-by-step method.
What is a commit-reveal protocol?
Commit-reveal means the outcome is locked in before entries close and revealed afterward. Publishing the commitment hash up front makes it impossible to change the result after the fact, which is what makes each draw provably fair rather than something you have to take on trust.
Who can check the results?
